AirVisual’s IntelliViewer 2.0 Software Brings Situational awareness to
Chicago Public Schools

New York, NY (April 28, 2008) – AirVisual, Inc., a leading solution provider for the enterprise security and public-safety market, today announced it has successfully deployed its IntelliViewer 2.0 software in over 200 Chicago Public Schools in Chicago, Illinois. This important security initiative links cameras installed at each school to the headquarters of Chicago’s Police Department and the city’s 911 center. This comprehensive safety program connects public agencies in a way that has not been done before and allows access to real time information that can be vital during an emergency situation. AirVisual’s TransViewer Software Brings Situational Awareness to Oakland County Hazmat Response Teams.

New York, NY (January 10, 2008) – AirVisual, Inc., a leading solution provider for the enterprise security and public-safety market, today announced it has successfully deployed its TransViewer software for use by responders from Oakland County’s hazardous materials response teams.  The system was integrated by AirVisual engineers and can deliver pre-recorded and live video and other critical information to computer terminals and mobile devices to and from the responding vehicles over an array of hardwired and wireless networks. This mobile content management software gives users the ability to share critical information from one vehicle to another on a peer-to-peer user platform while sharing that same information with remote command center(s). Additionally, the vehicles can be tracked by using an integrated user interface with GPS positioning on an ESRI mapping system. The system can also connect to AirVisual's suite of third party OEM integrations so that disparate networks and supporting information can be collected prior to an emergency response.

AirVisual announced last week that it has begun to survey and test New York City Metropolitan Transit Authority’s facilities for an IntelliViewer system deployment. The system will encompass the design and integration of digital schematics, video, access control, alarms, and system redundancy to manage power outages. Remote Security Intelligence
Now available as an embedded add-on for the DSVII-SC, AirVisual’s IntelliViewer technology can provide remote access to the user’s choice of real-time and archived video playback from surveillance cameras, GPS and GIS maps, building floor plans, sensor alarms, and other data that traditionally was available only in the command center.  All information can be displayed on the Datastrip unit’s built-in color touch screen.

Having this information accessible directly on the DSVII-SC can improve emergency response to security breaches and crisis situations in any environment, including buildings, chemical or power plants, sports and entertainment complexes, school and corporate campuses, airports, seaports, and incidents with no defined security perimeter.

Tom Curry: How do you see the wireless security market? Is there any segment of the market that holds more potential for growth? Tom Hansen: The market is growing at an accelerated rate now that there are viable, cost-effective means of establishing remote monitoring and control solutions for complex systems. AirVisual's unique approach to wireless connectivity for professional security applications has been a driving force behind this market trend. In addition to providing monitoring and control functionality, AirVisual's open architecture allows legacy systems to be integrated with today's more advanced networked systems. This "open" solution has broken down the integration barriers. We see significant interest in law enforcement and first responder applications - basically government operations on the local and state levels. The open architecture of our solution makes this possible since it virtually provides universal compatibility. TC: Do you have any estimates as to the dollar size of this market today? Where do you expect future growth to come from? TH: There are no definitive estimates on market size. However, the applications for this type of mobile video solution are extensive as it applies to so many vertical markets. We see the greatest growth potential coming from law enforcement, however, we are pursuing partnerships to extend the application to the alarm industry. We see tremendous growth potential in vertical markets such as retail, small business and residential applications. TC: What has AirVisual done to position itself for this market?
